"The top two-year-old filly in Britain last year. I think she was every bit as good as Aidan's [O'Brien] fillies who came on strong late on, whereas we were on the go quite early, and she beat the colts in the Morny. On her last start in the Moyglare, she was beaten two out and it wasn't her true running. She's wintered really well and the plan is to go straight to the Guineas. The key question is whether she'll stay a mile, but if ever a filly was going to, it would be her - I think she's got an 80-90 per cent chance. If that doesn't come to fruition, we can revert back to sprinting. 31-03-26"
"A very nice filly who did very little wrong last year and has strong form, including finishing third behind Precise in the Fillies' Mile. She goes to France for a trial and is in the three Guineas. 31-03-26"
"She's another exciting filly who's done well over the winter and we were very happy with her second away day on the Rowley Mile last week. She had a good blow and that should put her spot on for the 1,000 Guineas. We think she's good enough to go for that and we think she'll stay. She looked very streetwise when second in the Rockfel Stakes and that was her first proper race. Touch wood, her prep has gone well so far. 22-04-26"
How do odds work? The first number is what you win, the second is what you bet. So 5/2 means you win £5 for every £2. 4/1 means you win £4 for every £1. The bigger the first number, the less likely bookmakers think the horse will win — but the more you'd win if it does.
