That pattern — promising one week, distant the next — is exactly the kind of inconsistency that can frustrate a yard. Now add in the fact that the horse hasn't raced for roughly seven months, and you have a real question mark over how it returns. A long break at this stage of a young horse's career can mean many things: a minor setback, a planned rest, or simply a trainer waiting for the right opportunity. We don't know which applies here.
