That's a strong return at the level it competes at, which tends to be Class 6, the grassroots end of British racing where plenty of horses are grinding away without much to show for it. The 5-year-old raced just yesterday, so it's clearly still being kept busy, but the sharp edge that defined its best form has gone quiet for now. Whether it returns — particularly if the yard send it back to its happy hunting ground at Ayr — is the question worth watching.
