That sole win came at Kempton Park in February 2025, and it remains the high point of a career that has been, by Williams's own admission, a little inconsistent. Since then, Epinephrine has gone six races without winning, though a pair of second-place finishes in that stretch shows she is not far off — she is running competitively, just not quite getting her nose in front. Her recent run of 5-2-4-4-2-3 tells the story of a horse hovering around the edges of winning without quite delivering, which is the kind of form that can tip either way with a bit of improvement or a race run to suit.

Most of her racing has been at Class 4 level — solid, mid-tier competition — where she has won 1 from 6 races, a win rate of roughly 1 in every 6. That is not a dominant record, but it places her consistently in competitive fields, and Williams is quietly optimistic. Speaking in October 2025, the trainer noted that Epinephrine is going well right now and that a second win is the target, starting back over hurdles before a possible switch to fences later in the season. The sense from the yard is that another year of experience on her back might make her more reliable — less of a puzzle and more of a performer.

Williams herself is no stranger to developing horses the patient way. Her yard at Kings Caple in Herefordshire has sent out 16 winners already this season, which is the mark of a stable that knows what it is doing. Regular rider Charlie Deutsch has been in the saddle for seven of Epinephrine's races without a win together yet, but that partnership has plenty of time to click. With the horse raced as recently as yesterday and clearly still in active training, this is a profile still being written — and according to her trainer, the most interesting chapters may be coming over fences.
