That kind of record could sound discouraging, but context matters. Every trainer who is now a household name once had a yard full of horses that hadn't won yet. The question with someone four years in is less about what has happened and more about what comes next. Six races with the same horse does at least suggest commitment — this isn't a yard cycling through runners without a plan. Finn and Doyen Wolf keep turning up, which in its own way tells you something.

There is nothing here yet to point to as a strength — no track, no distance, no type of race where Finn has found an edge. Right now, that first winner is everything, and when it comes, it will mean a great deal more than just a tick in a box.
