Timeless Treaty

Gordon Elliott trains him out of Longwood in County Meath, and context matters here: Elliott's yard has sent out 210 winners already this season, which means Timeless Treaty is competing for attention and resources in one of the most productive stables in Irish racing. Horses that hold their own in that environment tend to be decent animals. Elliott himself flagged something significant during a stable tour last October, noting that this is a horse with a future when he goes jumping fences — praise that, in Elliott's measured world, carries real weight.

The career began properly at Down Royal in May 2025, and jockey Paddy Cleary described the experience in terms that jumped out: the harder you pushed Timeless Treaty, the better he responded. That's not a common thing. Plenty of horses have ability but fold under pressure; a horse that accelerates when it's asked a serious question is the kind that trainers build campaigns around. Cleary also admitted he thought they'd been beaten turning for home — then watched Timeless Treaty find another gear to hit the line.

Jack Kennedy, one of the most sought-after jump jockeys in Ireland, has partnered him in six of his twelve races, winning once together — roughly 1 in 6 — which on the surface looks modest. But Kennedy doesn't ride in races he doesn't think he can win, so his continued association with Timeless Treaty says something in itself. The most recent win came at Thurles in February 2026, three months ago, and with the horse having raced just yesterday, clearly the team see more chapters still to write.
