Tiger's Nest

Trainer James Fanshawe operates out of Newmarket, the spiritual home of British flat racing, and his yard has been in sharp form this season with 45 winners already sent out. That kind of output from a stable suggests horses are well-prepared and hitting their races in good condition — Tiger's Nest is in capable hands as it looks to turn those near-misses into something more.

With just two races on the clock, it is far too early to form strong opinions. The next run will tell us considerably more — whether those back-to-back thirds reflect a horse still learning its job, or one that simply needs to find a little more to get its head in front.
