The Love Machine

Trained by Sean Davis at Maynooth in County Kildare, The Love Machine hasn't yet found a consistent partnership with jockey Wesley Joyce, who has ridden the horse seven times without a win. The yard itself is modest in output this season, with only two winners sent out so far, so expectations are measured. The horse's recent form shows it's still competitive enough to place—finishing second and fourth in its last six races—but closing the gap from placed finishes to winning ones has proved stubborn.
