The most striking thing about Spioradalta is what happens when the horse goes to Ripon. Three wins from seven races there — that's winning nearly half the time at a single track, which is a remarkable record. Ripon isn't a coincidence for this horse; it's a home away from home. The most recent of those wins came just three weeks ago, on 16 April 2026, and with a race as recently as yesterday, this is a horse bang in form and clearly in a good moment. The recent sequence reads 8-1-7-3-17-1 — two wins from the last six outings, which tells you the yard has found the horse's conditions and is using them well.

Those conditions matter. Spioradalta is a different horse on wet or muddy ground, winning 3 of 10 races on that surface — a 30% win rate that is comfortably the best part of the horse's profile. The preferred trip is also well-established: six wins from 20 races at between a mile and one furlong and a mile and two furlongs, again at 30%. When you combine the right surface and the right distance, you're looking at a horse who becomes genuinely hard to beat.
