The fact that Speakasyoufind hasn't managed it yet isn't down to a lack of know-how in the yard. Sometimes a horse simply takes longer to find its feet, and at 5 years old and still active — it raced just yesterday — there is at least time on its side.

For now, though, patience is the only thing Speakasyoufind has rewarded. Zero wins from nine attempts is a tough record to look past, and until something changes, it remains a horse that has so far struggled to match the standards its own yard clearly sets.
