Seven months have passed since that victory, and his recent form includes a tenth-place finish alongside a blank — the sort of wobble that most young horses go through as they develop and try different races.

He's trained by Michael Keady out of Newmarket, one of the historic homes of British racing in Suffolk. Keady's yard has been in decent form this season, sending out 18 winners, which shows this is an operation that knows how to get horses ready to win.
