But Righthere Rightnow remains a peripheral member of that success story. Saffie Osborne, one of the division's most in-demand riders, has partnered the horse five times without a win — a relationship that has yet to click. Where the horse does show a glimmer of form is over distances between seven furlongs and a mile. At that sweet spot, it has won 1 of 6 races, a 17 percent win rate — roughly one win in every six attempts — that stands out against its overall record. Step the horse up to Class 2 level, however, and reality bites: zero wins from three attempts. Righthere Rightnow remains a trying sort, active and consistently placed, but one waiting for the right day and the right circumstances to add a second win to its name.
