Based at Nicky Richards' yard in Cumbria, Parisencore has become a fixture of the northern racing circuit, with a particularly strong record at Perth, where he has won twice from six races. That kind of course form suggests he either genuinely suits the track or has found a rhythm there that works. His partnership with jockey Danny McMenamin has been productive too: the pair have won four races together from twenty-five rides, matching his overall win rate. Parisencore's most recent victory came at Newcastle in April, though his form since has been inconsistent—his last six races show a third place followed by a fifth, a second, another fifth, a win, and a fourth, the sort of up-and-down pattern that suggests he is still chasing form on turf but competitive enough to threaten whenever conditions or a race suits.

What makes Parisencore genuinely interesting is the trainer's belief in what comes next. Richards has been schooling him over fences, eyeing two-mile chases as his future. The trainer has noted his strong galloping style and neat jumping technique, suggesting he could be "pretty exciting" if he takes to jumping. A horse that has proven itself at Class 3 hurdles and contended at top level—he ran fourth in the Scottish Champion Hurdle at Ayr—might yet find another level over fences. For now, though, Parisencore remains a dependable Class 3 raider, still active and ready to strike whenever the cards fall the right way.
