Noli Timere

Currently trained by M D O'Callaghan at The Curragh, Noli Timere returned to action just a day ago, finishing seventh—not ideal, but worth noting given the gap since the last race. O'Callaghan's yard is having a solid season with 18 winners sent out so far, so there is competent horsemanship behind the horse. The recent form reads 7-5-19-11-5-12, which tells a familiar story: some respectable efforts mixed with struggles. That fifth-place finish two races back suggests the horse can still run decently, but there is clearly something not quite right at the moment. Whether it is a matter of finding the right race, the right ground, or simply waiting for the penny to drop again is hard to say. For now, Noli Timere remains a horse with winning form on its record but very much in need of a breakthrough.
