The horse's form over the last six races tells a story of inconsistency. There have been two second-place finishes — most recently just a day ago — which suggests Nebbia can get close to winning but hasn't quite managed it yet. The other four runs have seen the horse finish eighth, eighth, fifth, and fifth. That pattern of near-misses mixed with races where it hasn't been competitive is typical of a horse still finding its level.
