Moro Rock

That one win came at Stratford-on-Avon on 20 July 2025, and it clearly meant something to the team, because it remains the only victory on his record. Stratford is a tight, turning track in the Midlands that suits certain horses perfectly, and on that July afternoon Moro Rock was exactly where he needed to be. Whether it was the track, the conditions, or simply his day, everything clicked.

His recent form tells an interesting story. Reading from most recent backwards — 3rd, 7th, 5th, 8th, 1st, 2nd — you can see a horse who was competitive enough to finish second, then won, then went through a mixed patch, and has now bounced back to third in his most recent race just yesterday. He is clearly still in the game at nine, which is no small thing.
