What's slightly puzzling is the Class 1 record — 0 wins from 5 attempts at the very highest level. Mondo Man has been placed in top company before, but hasn't yet managed to win there. Gary Moore's yard has been in outstanding form this season with 99 winners, so there's no shortage of momentum behind the operation at Lower Beeding. Whether Mondo Man can translate his current confidence into winning at the top tier is the question that makes him genuinely worth following over the weeks ahead.
