When a yard is operating that well, even a horse without a win to its name is presumably there for a reason, and patient handlers sometimes see something in a horse that the results page doesn't yet reflect.

At just 3 years old and with only six races under its belt, Maxwellcan is still learning the job. Some horses simply take time, and the fact it raced as recently as yesterday suggests the team hasn't given up on finding the right opportunity. Whether that opportunity arrives soon is the question.
