That is a useful pointer for anyone watching entries, especially given the British climate. Curiously, recent rider Marco Ghiani has ridden Lir Speciale seven times without a win, suggesting the pairing may not be a match made in heaven. At the lower Class 4 level where the horse typically competes, two wins from 13 races is only average, which hints that Lir Speciale's victories have come against gentler opposition or under particular conditions rather than by sheer class.
