Liberty's Hall

There is not much to go on yet. A single race tells you almost nothing about a horse's potential. Second place on debut is respectable enough; some of the best horses need time to find their feet. What matters now is what comes next. Owen will have learned something from that first outing, and Liberty's Hall will be sharper for the experience. Whether this horse has a future in racing will become clear over the next few months as it faces tougher challenges and gets longer distances to run. For now, it is simply a young horse that has run once, finished second, and is still in training—which means Owen sees enough in it to send it out again.
