What to make of a horse with this profile? Sometimes a young horse simply takes time to mature, and the yard keep running them in hope rather than expectation. Jodoro raced just yesterday, so McLoughlin clearly hasn't given up, and the fact that the yard is winning with other horses suggests the problem is specific to this one rather than anything wider. Whether a first win is coming is genuinely hard to say — but five races in, the evidence so far makes it a question without an obvious answer.
