It took Jackson Lamb nearly a year to register his first win, finally breaking through at Downpatrick in June 2024, but he proved he could do it more than once. Three wins from fifteen attempts is not flashy, but it represents enough consistency to keep him competitive at the right standard of race. What lingers now is whether his best is truly behind him or whether another win lies somewhere ahead. At seven, and given the long absence from the winner's enclosure, time may be running out—but he is still racing, still showing glimpses of old form, and that counts for something.
