Inca Warrior is a two-year-old still finding his feet on the track. He has run three times without yet hitting the frame, with his most recent outing a fourth-place finish just yesterday. Before that came two fourth-place runs, and his debut produced a fifth-place result. The horse is trained by
Nigel Tinkler at Langton in North Yorkshire, a yard that has already sent out 37 winners this season—a sign that Inca Warrior is in capable hands. For a young horse still learning the game, three runs with no wins yet is hardly unusual; plenty of racing prospects need time to settle and improve. Whether Inca Warrior will develop into a competitive runner remains to be seen, but he is at least racing regularly under an experienced trainer.
