That sole win came at Wolverhampton back in February 2026, and it remains the standout moment of his career to date. Wolverhampton is an all-weather track that runs year-round, so picking up a win there in the depths of winter is no small thing — the competition is consistent and the racing is serious. It was his first career victory, and it suggested he was ready to start delivering on whatever potential his trainer had seen in him at home.
He is trained by the father-and-son partnership of Richard and Peter Fahey, based at Musley Bank in North Yorkshire. The Faheys are a well-regarded yard, and they have sent out nine winners already this season, so they clearly know how to get a horse ready to perform. Horace Wallace sits in capable hands.
His recent form is a little uneven — the sequence of finishes across his last six races reads 12th, 7th, a non-runner, 1st, 3rd, and 5th — and that win in February now feels like four months ago. However, he raced just yesterday, which means he is fit and active and very much in the middle of a campaign. The Fahey team are clearly keen to keep him busy, and at three years old there is every reason to think his best days are still ahead of him. Young horses at this age can improve sharply and suddenly; a second win may not be far away.
