Goodmancon

Over the last six outings, the horse has shown flashes of promise. It picked up a third-place finish most recently, followed by an eighth-place effort before that, then another third. These scattered placings suggest Goodmancon has the ability to run respectably but struggles to find that extra gear needed to win races at the level it competes. The partnership with regular jockey Ms S K Breen, who has ridden the horse nine times without a victory, highlights a working relationship that has yet to produce the breakthrough moment both would be chasing. At this stage of its career, Goodmancon remains a horse that shows up, tries hard, and occasionally finishes in the money — but the elusive first win continues to prove out of reach.
