Give Me Liberty

At this early stage of the horse's career, there is little to separate Give Me Liberty from dozens of other 2-year-olds still finding their feet. The lack of any winning or placed finish across four races suggests the horse has not yet found a race it can win, but the pattern of recent runs — tightening up in the standings over the last two races — hints that improvement may be coming. Young horses often take several outings to settle, and McCreery's yard has the experience to develop talent. Whether Give Me Liberty will break through remains to be seen, but the horse is still in the arena and racing regularly, which is where learning happens at this age.
