Long-distance races tend to sort horses out on stamina and temperament rather than raw speed, and Galactic Charm appears to be the kind of horse that stays honest and keeps grinding.

Gary Moore has been open about the plan: a new race at the Tingle Creek meeting is the target, a 0-120 class event that the team believes is well-suited to Galactic Charm's current profile. The horse was rated 80 on the flat and has run consistently well over hurdles, so the confidence is not misplaced. Whether it can finally convert that consistency into a win after 17 months of waiting is the question — but with 99 winners in the yard this season, the Moores know how to find the right race at the right time.
