With 1 win and 2 placed finishes from 13 races in total, Dinah Myte wins roughly 1 in every 13 races — not a figure that sets the pulse racing. But zoom in on her record at the level where she typically competes, the lower end of the sport, and the picture is slightly more encouraging: 1 win from 5 races at that grade works out to winning 1 in every 5, which is a much more respectable return. In other words, she is a horse who can get the job done when conditions suit, even if those moments are rarer than her team would like.
