Daring Heart

Trained by G M Lyons out of Dunsany in County Meath, Daring Heart is part of a yard that clearly knows what it's doing. Forty-nine winners in a single season is a serious number — that's not luck, that's a well-oiled operation sending out horses ready to race. Being part of that setup matters, because horses from productive yards tend to be placed carefully and improved patiently. For a horse with only two races under its belt, having that kind of support behind it is worth noting.

With just two runs to go on, Daring Heart is still very much an unwritten story. The step from a place to a win can come quickly at this age, and the fact that the horse raced just one day ago tells you the team are keeping things active. It's early days, but there's enough here to stay interested.
