On normal conditions, she has won 6 from 18 races — that's 33%, or 1 in 3, which is a remarkable conversion rate and tells you that when conditions suit her, she is genuinely hard to beat. She is also a course specialist at Southwell, where she has won 3 of her 8 races there. That kind of affinity for a specific track is not coincidence — some horses simply take to a particular track's shape and surface, and Dance Time has made Southwell something close to a home patch. Her first career win came there back in September 2023, and she has kept going back to score.

Trainer David Loughnane, whose yard at Stoke Heath in Shropshire has sent out 38 winners this season alone, has described her as something of an enigma — a horse who performed well at a young age despite carrying far less physical condition than she does now. She has since filled out dramatically, adding around 85kg since one of her earlier seasons, and Loughnane has spoken warmly about her attitude and how well she is weighted to win again. That kind of trainer confidence in a horse's wellbeing usually means something.

She races most often at Class 5, the bread-and-butter level of British racing, and has won 6 from 19 at that grade — 32%, or nearly 1 in 3. Her most recent win came at Wolverhampton in November 2025, and with a race just yesterday she is clearly in active training and still being aimed at opportunities. Regular jockey Laura Pearson has partnered her 8 times for 1 win together, though Dance Time's record shows the horse does her part regardless — she places consistently whoever is in the saddle. At six years old and in good form, she looks like a horse who still has races to win.
