The headline on his CV is a victory in a Class 2 race at Doncaster in January 2025 — one of the top races in Britain by grade, and the kind of occasion that tells you a horse has real ability rather than just being a specialist in weaker fields. Doncaster has become something of a happy hunting ground: he has won 2 of his 4 races there, which is a remarkable ratio. Winning half your races at any track would be impressive; doing it at that level is genuinely eye-catching.

His trainer Emma Lavelle knows him well, and has spoken warmly about him since his debut win at Wincanton in October 2023. Back then she made clear he was a horse the yard believed in, noting he was very impressive that day and adding that he would probably benefit from a bit more distance in time — though she was equally clear that he does not want the ground too wet and muddy. It suggests he may actually prefer either a step up in class, where the bigger occasions bring out his best, or a drop into easier company.
