That sole victory came at Newbury on 15 August 2025, and it remains the horse's only moment in the sun. Twelve months have passed since that win, and the recent form makes grim reading: a third place, followed by fourth, eleventh, third, seventh, and ninth over the last six runs. The horse is still racing and was out just a day ago, so the yard are clearly not ready to shelve it yet, but the lack of any win or even a place in the last half-dozen races suggests Calyxoh may be plateauing at a level where it simply cannot compete often enough.

There is one small bright spot. The horse performs noticeably better at distances between seven furlongs and a mile, winning 1 of 12 races at that trip — an 8% win rate, higher than the career average. When competing in Class 4 races, the horse has won 1 of 8 starts, a 12% win rate that hints at a level where it can occasionally get its head in front. Patrick Morris's Prescott yard has been productive this season with 18 winners overall, so the training is sound. For Calyxoh, though, the mathematics are unforgiving: a horse that wins once in twenty races is always going to spend most of its time in the middle of the field, and the clock has been ticking for a year since the last win.
