Big, scopey horses from good families often take time to grow into themselves — and trainer Jonjo O'Neill has noted that while he's settling in well and everything has been pleasing, he's a horse who still needs time to physically develop. That's not a concern, it's a roadmap.

The yard itself is in fine form, having sent out 52 winners already this season, so Barascaria Ten is operating in a confident, well-resourced environment. His two races so far have produced a fourth and a sixth — respectable enough efforts that suggest he's learning the job without setting the world alight just yet.
