That sole win came at Goodwood on 1st May 2026, one of Britain's most beautiful and testing tracks. Goodwood is no easy venue — its undulating, quirky layout sorts out horses quickly, and winning there on just your second or third outing says something real about a horse's natural ability and temperament.
Armor Supreme is trained by Diego Dias, based at Rathbride in County Kildare. It is still early in the season, but the yard has already sent out three winners, so there is clearly something positive happening there. The horse raced just yesterday, which means the team are keeping it busy — a sign that the yard are keen to make the most of what looks like a promising young talent while the momentum is there.
Two races is a tiny sample, but the evidence so far points firmly in one direction. A horse that places when it does not win, rather than finishing midfield or tailing off, is a horse that competes every time. That matters. The next few months will tell us how good Armor Supreme really is, but right now it is giving every reason for optimism.
