The horse broke through at Wetherby in April 2025, then followed it up with a win at Salisbury in May — two very different tracks, which suggests this isn't a horse that only goes well in one specific set of circumstances. Stretch it shorter or longer and the record thins out. That middle-distance sweet spot, combined with a preference for dry ground, gives the team a clear picture of when to point this horse at a race with real confidence.

That's not unusual; the best races are full of talented horses, and placing consistently in that company is still a decent achievement. But it does suggest the horse is currently a reliable performer rather than an elite one. Recent form reads third, third, third, second in the last four outings — always thereabouts, never quite getting to the front. The win at Salisbury came before that run of near-misses, so the yard will be hoping the right conditions — fast ground, right distance — can unlock another victory soon. With the horse active just one day ago, that opportunity may not be far away.
