His last win came at Plumpton in April 2025 — 13 months ago — over hurdles, and on ground that was soft and testing underfoot. His trainer was blunt about why: this horse simply does not perform on anything other than wet, slow ground. On normal or fast conditions, he has struggled. On soft or heavy ground, he becomes a different animal. That dependency on the weather makes him a tricky horse to place, but when the conditions align, the results speak for themselves.

Gary Moore, speaking recently, described him as a well-handicapped horse who could yet be "a proper horse" when switched back to fences. With winter ground on the way and a switch back to chasing planned, All Authorized could be worth keeping a very close eye on.
