Adaay Dancing

The recent form gives a mixed picture. Two third-place finishes in the last six runs suggest Adaay Dancing is competitive enough to feature, but the blank runs in between and a seventh place scattered in there hint at inconsistency. At Class 5 — the entry-level tier of British racing, where horses are essentially competing for the most accessible prizes on the calendar — the record reads six races and zero wins. That is the level where this horse has been given the most chances to break the duck, and it has not happened yet.

Trainer Max Comley operates out of Warminster in Wiltshire and has sent out 18 winners this season, so the yard clearly knows how to get a horse across the line. The question is whether Adaay Dancing can be the next one. With 17 races on the clock and a win rate of zero from the lot, patience is clearly something the team has in abundance. Whether that patience is eventually rewarded is the story still to be written.
